I cannot find the driver for the product I'm interested in, where can I download it?

We only provide windows driver for public to download, therefore if you cannot find the driver download button on the page, very likely the product only support Linux. In this case we suggest you to contact our sales for guidance on where and how to look for the appropriate driver for testing.

There are only a few exceptions where windows driver is listed as supported, with links not provided, that’s because the driver may not be publicly available according to chipset manufacturers’ policy, in that case, do reach out to us and we can manage alternatives for you.

Can I use a M.2 module on a Mini PCIe slot?

Unfortunately no, at least not directly. We suggest to use M.2 card on a platform that already comes with the interface available. If you love the small size and the performance of this, and desperately would to use this module on Mini PCIe slot, you may have to consider finding some adapters for it, however there are a few concerns through this approach.

What is LoRa?

LoRa Technology offers a very compelling mix of long range, low power consumption and secure data transmission. Public and private networks using this technology can provide coverage that is greater in range compared to that of existing cellular networks. It is easy to plug into the existing infrastructure and offers a solution to serve battery-operated IoT applications.

LoRaWAN is a protocol specification built on top of the LoRa technology developed by the LoRa Alliance. It uses unlicensed radio spectrum in the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) bands to enable low power, wide area communication between remote sensors and gateways connected to the network. This standards-based approach to building a LPWAN allows for quick set up of public or private IoT networks anywhere using hardware and software that is bidirectionally secure, interoperable and mobile, provides accurate localization, and works the way you expect.

Can your module work as access point mode?

It depends, although most products can operate under Access Point if driver is available, however not all product is suggested for Access point applications. Reason being that the product may not be designed for this type of application in the first place, for example USB modules, and M.2 modules. Through these devices you may not get full desire performances specified with each product, and there may be other concerns you need to look out for.
