Speed Up to 300Mbps
SparkLAN WRTR-505N Wireless-N AP/ Router is IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n compliant. Achieving a data rate for up to 300Mbps, the router allows you to share high-speed Internet access with multiple computers, game consoles, or media players. The WRTR-505N router has a wireless Access Point, so you can connect to the Internet without the hassle of stringing wires. There’s also a 4-port 10/100 switch that can connect to your wired-Ethernet devices. In addition, the router supports multiple modes, such as AP, AP Client (Station Infrastructure), Bridge, WDS, and Repeater.

Dual-Band Connection
The WRTR-505N supports 2.4GHz or 5GHz radio bands, it works with dual-band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) 802.11n wireless devices as well as 802.11a/b/g products, providing you the flexibility to choose 2.4GHz band for checking e-mails and browsing the Internet or 5GHz, the clean wireless network, for streaming multimedia data or transmitting a large number of data. When both ends of the wireless link are wireless-N, the router increase the throughput even more by using twice as much radio band, yielding speeds much faster than standard 802.11b/g.

Increased Wireless Coverage

The WRTR-505N router integrates MIMO (Multiple In, Multiple Out) technology that can use signal reflections to increase the range and reduce “dead spots” of wireless coverage area. The signal maintains a wireless connection much farther than standard 802.11b/g.

Security Protection
In order to protect your data and privacy, the WRTR-505N router has an advanced 64/128-bit WEP Encryption and WPA-PSK, and WPA2-PSK Security system. These can filter external users and prevent illegal attacking. The router also included a Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), which allows customers to add additional devices to their network by pushing it and the corresponding button on the other certified devices.

IP Sharing
The NAT/NAPT function allows you to share the ADSL line to up to 253 Intranet users. It also provides virtual server and virtual DMZ functions to let your internal servers be accessed from the Internet.
