SparkLAN is going to launch its newly redesigned website (www.sparklan.com) at 10th of August with a layout matching the company・s image and a more user-friendly interface, allowing users to search information more easily and quickly. The new website aiming at enhancing the overall internet experience is one of many measures SparkLAN has taken to invite customers to revisit its website on regular basis and to gain awareness among potential customers. Now, SparkLAN can also be followed on Facebook and Twitter, where the latest news or product information will be released in realtime.

SparkLAN announced the availability of its WMIA-198N Mini PCI module designed to enable robust wireless connections to embedded applications.
WMIA-198N is a high-speed 802.11a/b/g/n Dual-Band Mini PCI module with Atheros AR9220 (SOC) chipset delivering up to 300Mpbs data rate, which is is five time as fast as the current 802.11a/b/g wireless standards. It incorporates the latest MIMO (multiple-input and multiple-output) 2T2R technology for stable networking. With advanced security encryptions, such as WEP, WPA, WPA2, TKIP/ AES, 802.1x, and LEAP, it helps create secure and reliable wireless network.

WAPR-701N AP uses the latest 802.11a/b/g/n Dual-Band technology that delivers reliable wireless connections with optimal wireless coverage in either 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands. Its High-Power throughput helps extend mobile access to farther distance.
SparkLAN engineers recently performed a Product Evaluation Test, including Security Encryption Test, Channel Test, and Distance Test. The result shows the AP achieves a blurring speed at up to 130Mbps. In the 2KM Long Distance Test, WAPR-701N runs at around 103Mbps, which significantly stands it out from other 11n Dual-Band AP on the market.

| 802.11n Might Be Finalized By September |
On 7/17, Bob Heile, the chairman of the IEEE 802.15 working group on Personal Area Networks, sent an email confirming that the IEEE 802.11n draft standard had been sent on to the Standards Review Committee, or RevCom, which formally recommends standards for approval.
：On other fronts, 802.11 was granted unconditional approval to forward 11n to RevCom,； Heile wrote. ：After a bit of a rocky period on getting acceptable coexistence language included in the draft, I was pleased to support this approval.； (Hachman, M. 2009)
RevCom is scheduled to meet in Piscataway, New Jersey, from Sept 9 through Sept. 11. |

| SparkLAN Strengthens Business Partnership with VoxMicro |
SparkLAN is delighted to announce that it recently renewed partnership with VoxMicro, a UK-based distributor who commits its maximum effort to serve major wireless networking manufacturers, integrators and network builders in pan-European countries and also Oceanic area, where they will be setting up a logistic center in Q4.

SparkLAN looks to VoxMicro・s extensive presence in pan-European Area to achieve upmost business potential and reach broadest opportunities for promotion of SparkLAN products,； said Eric Lee, territory sales manager at SparkLAN.
By renewing the partnership, VoxMicro and SparkLAN hope to continue providing most innovated Wi-Fi products and delivering best service to customers・ satisfaction. The two companies are now planning to set up a logistic center in Q4 this year in Australia to better serve customers in Oceania region. |
